PB Quade &
Jim Troupes Land
Surveying provided land surveying services to the internationally known
engineering firm PB Quade & Douglas, Inc. The projects included nine
existing cell tower sites along the central Massachusetts corridor from
Webster and Uxbridge in the south to Holden in the north and Westhampton in
the west. Services included existing conditions field surveys and plans,
easement plans and legal descriptions, FAA certifications regarding latitude,
longitude and ground elevations on the national vertical datum, and tower
(Worcester office, Framingham office)

Since 1990, Jim Troupes Land Surveying has been retained to prepare easement
plans, license plans, railroad crossing plans and legal descriptions to
support the work of their right-of-way professionals.
In September of 2003 Jim
Troupes Land Surveying provided a comprehensive Title Insurance Plan of
Verizon¬ís corporate headquarters in Framingham, MA. The plan was reviewed by
the Boston law firm of Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster. The real estate was
subsequently financed, sold, and razed, and a new retail center is under
Pine Street Inn
Jim Troupes Land Surveying conducted a Title Insurance Survey for the
acquisition of a residential property adjacent to the Pine Street Inn for the
expansion of their transient shelter housing.
Jim Troupes Land Surveying has provided existing conditions surveys and
construction layout surveys for numerous gas station, retail and fast food
projects, including projects on the Massachusetts Turnpike in Charlton and
Westborough containing McDonald's and MobilExxon. Additional projects include
rehabilitations of developed sites in Marshfield and Worcester, and a virgin
site in Lakeville.
Palmer Sand &
Since 1988, Jim Troupes Land Surveying has provided gravel removal permit
plans and annual updates to satisfy all the town of Palmer's requirements.
Project area is 91 acres and contained approximately four million cubic yards
of sands and gravels.
Jim Troupes Land Surveying provided construction survey layout and control
for roadways, drainage systems, retention ponds, building foundation
locations, as well as certified plot plans, "as-built" plans, site
plans, condominium plans, and project certifications for the Pinewood on the
Green residential condominium in Oxford, MA.
Jim Troupes Land Surveying has helped numerous industrial and commercial
clients to obtain title insurance to finance expansion and to refinance to
lower costs. Property acquisition plans, permit plans and zoning compliance
certification plans have been provided to obtain building permits, zoning
board of appeals variances, and other federal/state/local approvals for
