Responsible for field survey crew management and direction for the watershed mapping of entire Connecticut River System for the FEMA Flood Hazard Project. Duties included horizontal and vertical control in rural areas for the photogrammetric mapping of the entire watershed. Methods included solar observations for azimuth and polaris observations for azimuth. Selection of photo-identifiable picture points and field annotation of aerial photographs with co-ordinates and elevations were required.
